How will I achieve this goal?
Starting today 2/24/12 I will work out for 14 days straight
~I will continue to work out after that, this is just a kick start
I will make better eating choices:
- NO sweets (I already ate my entire box of Girl Scout cookies, so I'm good)
- No french fries (If the baby wants some, he'll have to order them himself)
- NO eating late
and I will blog weekly results. **WARNING** These blog posts will be boring

Workout: 2 hour hike carrying 19 lbs (Jaden)
